"This office does not live up to even the most basic standards of professionalism. I was given an inaccurate quote, upsold policies I didn’t need, and left to deal with repeated failures. A simple name correction on the policy was ignored for months, despite multiple requests. Then, the premium for another vehicle nearly doubled from what I was initially quoted, and when I questioned this, the response was dismissive—"Just pay it." This is not how business is done. I escalated the issue to Melanie, and received no response. No explanation. No attempt to resolve the problem. No accountability. If you expect an insurance company that will honor its commitments and treat you with respect, this is not the place. Avoid wasting your time and money here."

"Melody Hardy needs to get her act together. I have requested to have my life insurance policy transferred to Kim Austin's office at least 5 times, Kim called twice. Like, how hard is it to transfer a policy? I also had several months of issues with her office not sending my lean holder my current policy. This caused by lean hold to charge me an additional $97.00 per month on top of paying State Farm $192.00 per month. Just get it together is all I can say. I wouldn't recommend Melody to my dog."

"Absolutely worthless office. They refuse to work with you when you have lapsed due to circumstances entirely out of your control and make no effort to help out when you’re trying to fix the situation of being uninsured."

"They have extremely poor communication skills. They can never answer my questions or help me when I call. I was with them for 2 years and they never had one person give me the same information or help. Had a vehicle totaled in March and they wouldn't remove it till October after months of me asking for it to be removed. Spoke to Amy today about some questions I had before switching offices, she was super rude. Wouldnt let me speak, and was argumentative with any concern I brought up. Terrible office."
